THREE
DISTRICTS.
ONE BEALE.

The hotels and restaurants of One Beale literally live at the intersection of three of Memphis’ most visited districts: the Waterfront District, the Sports & Entertainment District, and the South Main Historic Arts District.

The Waterfront District offers the nationally acclaimed Tom Lee Park. The newly designed park features walking trails and a pavilion with  activities from music to yoga and pickleball to basketball. The park sits next to the Mississippi River and is bordered by Big River Crossing and the “M” bridge. Each bridge features the Mighty Lights, which dynamically light up both bridges at the top and middle of every hour from sundown to 10:30pm nightly.

The Sports & Entertainment District is anchored by the world-famous Beale Street: home of the blues, nightclubs, and live music. Next to Beale Street is the FedEx Forum where you can find amazing events, concerts, and the Memphis Grizzlies. AutoZone Park is two blocks off of Beale and home of the Memphis Redbirds AAA baseball team and the Memphis 901 FC. The Orpheum Theatre and Halloran Center are across the street from One Beale and offer Broadway shows, comedians, concerts, ballet, and much more.

In the South Main Historic Arts District, shops and merchants line the street as vintage trolleys run down the center. From fashion boutiques to gift shops, from the National Civil Rights Museum to the Blues Museum, you’ll find a spot that strikes a chord.

Blending history (and historic attractions) with original restaurants, boutique shops, museums, and nightlife, the South Main Arts District creates an authentically Memphis way to spend a few hours, an entire day, or a memorable night out. Learn more.

The allure, history, and grandeur of the Mississippi River is why Memphis exists and remains one of the city’s most appreciated assets. The 30-acre, stunning, riverside Tom Lee Park is centered between Big River Crossing, the longest public pedestrian and cyclist bridge across the Mississippi, and the Mighty Lights, a dynamic nightly light show on the Hernando de Soto Bridge.
